YOGYAKARTA – Another remarkable achievement has been accomplished by a student of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program, Faculty of Education and Teacher Training (FITK), UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Mohamad Lukman Khakim, a PAI student, successfully won a Gold Medalin the Musabaqah Syarhil Qur’an category at PORSI JAWARA II, held at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan.

This achievement is a source of pride for the entire FITK academic community at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Winning a gold medal in Musabaqah Syarhil Qur’an demonstrates the student’s dedication and commitment to developing his potential while deepening and conveying the values contained in the Qur’an.

Musabaqah Syarhil Qur’an provides an important platform for students to develop their ability to understand, study, and communicate the messages of the Qur’an effectively. Participation in this competition also offers valuable experience in strengthening intellectual abilities, mastery of subject matter, and confidence in presenting and competing at the university level.

Mohamad Lukman Khakim’s achievement further demonstrates the diverse opportunities available for PAI students to develop their potential in both academic and non-academic fields. His success also reflects the students’ commitment to cultivating their abilities and applying the values of the Qur’an in everyday life.

In recognition of this achievement, the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training (FITK), UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, extends its congratulations and appreciation to Mohamad Lukman Khakim.
