When the lectures had started, the manager of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Sunan Kalijaga held a Faculty Working Meeting (Raker). The working meeting was attended by Faculty managers (Deans and staff), Study Program managers (Heads of Study Programs), and staff.

As an opening, the participants of the working meeting received insight, one of which was from Mr. Jarot Wahyudi, MA as a resource person. Pak Jarot said that in order to progress and develop rapidly, institutions must have the courage to improve the institutional structure, for example by having a field of cooperation.

After gaining insight, the managers of the Study Programs took turns conveying the activities of the Study Programs in 2021 and the 2022 Strategic Plan. On the first day, the managers of the Undergraduate Study Programs had the "first" opportunity. The managers of the S2 and S3 study programs were given the opportunity on the 2nd day.

The meeting was solemn and fun. Of course, this is due to the example of extraordinary faculty leaders.
